To Write or to Not to Write

I just don't know should I try to yank my hair out of my head or what. I have this... URGE... to write something - ANYTHING - but when I do the results are pure and utter crap. It makes me angry, frustrated and depressed... It had been almost three years since I last managed to write something I enjoyed.

I have tons and tons of ideas and I've even written them all down but I just can't put them on the paper. It's a fact and I don't know how to fix it. I've some suspicions that this situation has something to do with a person I know and that person has been anything but encouraging so it may have potentially snuffed all the juices out off me.

Does anyone has any ideas how should I get my drive back on? I would be very grateful.
